SPECIAL EVENT

“One Year Later: How has the new Human Trafficking Law had an impact in Georgia?”

Thursday, May 3, 5:30 – 7:30 pm

King & Spalding, 1180 Peachtree St. rsvp@gwomen.org

On the anniversary of Governor Deal signing HB 200 into law, we will gather with members of the GBI, the Attorney General’s office and law enforcement to reflect on the outcome of this new law and the practical applications of it. How many victims have been served? What does the law enforcement training look like? How many pimps and johns have been prosecuted and what has been the rate of conviction?
